We arrived on Thursday morning for a Hen's weekend to be greeted by the friendly staff at the front counter and after approx a 10 min wait we received an early check in. There were 14 of us staying in 2 - 3br apartments.
Our apartment was very clean and was almost everything we could of asked for on our 3 night stay. Approx 10 minutes walk from Cavill Ave and 2 mins to the beach.

stayed for 3 nights while on holiday at Surfers. arrived just before "schoolies" and had worried about accommodation. However apartment was fantastic. very spacious and great views from our balcony. heated swimming pool and nice spa also. just two of us but got a apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so we were informed to shut the spare room door and other bathroom and we were given the apartment for aprox $100 a night.

Don't know what the negative review was about. staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment I asked about availability until check out. perhaps the most helpful and friendly staff throughout our 4 week holiday in Oz.

Cleanliness:
The room that we stayed in [Room 51 on the 16th Floor] was extremely tidy upon arrival. There was no need to vacuum/sweep anything, as it had probably been serviced within the past 1 or 2 days, depending on the vacancies.
The beds were laid out neat and tidy, with clean white linen under some bedspreads.
The bathrooms were cleaned and dried, and there was fresh toilet paper and an extra roll under the bathroom sink as well!
We did spray for ants and bugs, but that was more out of paranoia than any actual presence of insects.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with two other couples during Indy. The apartment was spacious, very clean, had a fabulous view and was just all round awesome!!
The owners were very friendly, parking was free and it is in a pretty good location. We thought the rates were very reasonable considering the event that was hapenning in the Gold Coast.
The apartment was beautifully fit out and furnished. I would stay here again in a heartbeat as would the other guests who were with us.
Oh, and the pool was heated - fantastic!

This is one of the most spacious, clean, tidy and friendly places I have ever stayed. Very central in Surfers Paradise, bus stop at the door and free parking. We had a three bedroom apartment ( for 3 adults and 2 children) and it was enormous. They even arranged all our sightseeing and I was able to prepay it before we left NZ. I can't rate it too highly. I am a travel agent and have stayed in 100's 0f places - this would be one of the best!!!
